In this 5-week online Face Yoga programme, I’ll guide you through a proven, step-by-step process to lift, tone, and awaken all 57 muscles of your face, neck, and skull.
Each week, we focus on a different set of muscles, so by the end of the programme your entire face will feel fully activated, balanced, and alive.
You’ll follow along with me in a series of easy-to-fit-in workouts, where I demonstrate and guide you through each exercise in real time. These are designed to be practical, effective, and achievable, even with a busy schedule.

What happens each week?
WEEK ONE ✨Reawaken & Lift✨
We start by waking up the biggest, heaviest muscles of your face and skull - the ones weighing everything down. In just a few sessions, you’ll feel your face open, your eyelids and cheeks lift, and those deep smile lines (nasolabial folds) begin to soften. You’ll also start sculpting a firmer jawline and smoothing your neck - no more hiding behind scarves or high collars.
WEEK TWO ✨Smooth & Define✨
This week we target the upper and lower face. Say goodbye to that “permanent frown”. We’ll release tension in your forehead and between the brows, helping fine lines melt away. At the same time, we’ll keep strengthening your jawline to reduce jowls and smooth double chins. Think fresher, more defined, more you.
WEEK THREE ✨Plump & Glow✨
This week we focus on the central part of the face - especially the cheeks. You’ll be activating, lifting, and building volume here, bringing back youthful fullness and sculpting the cheekbone area. We’ll also work around the mouth to plump the lips and reduce wrinkles above and around them, while softening nasolabial folds. At the same time, boosted circulation and lymphatic flow help reduce dark circles and fine lines around the eyes, leaving your face brighter, fresher, and more radiant.
WEEK FOUR ✨Deepen & Release✨
We dive deeper into the smaller, innermost muscles that make a huge difference to your overall look. You’ll lift the corners of your mouth (goodbye downward smile!), further define your jawline, and release jaw tension - a game-changer if you grind your teeth or carry stress in your face. Bonus: you’ll see surprising improvements under the eyes too! You will also learn the "Advanced Neck Lift" exercise.
WEEK FIVE ✨Brighten & Transform✨
Now we focus on the delicate eye area - the most sensitive area on the face, where the muscles are the weakest and the skin the thinnest. By activating the muscles around the eyes AND the eyes themselves, you’ll reduce under-eye puffiness, combat dark circles, and smooth away crow’s feet. Your eyes will look more open, fresh, and awake - even if you didn’t sleep well. Some clients even notice sharper vision!
By the end of these 5 weeks, you’ll have fully awakened all 57 facial muscles and built a solid foundation for lasting results. And you’ll leave with the tools, confidence, and structure to continue your Face Yoga journey - naturally lifting, toning, and glowing for years to come! ✨✨✨

My Story
Hi, I’m Charlotte, and I help women in their 40s and beyond rediscover a lifted, toned and radiant face, naturally - without Botox or fillers.
With years of experience teaching movement as a Pilates teacher, I know how the body works; how to build muscle strength and volume, and how to release unwanted tension. But for a long time, I realised I only understood anatomy from the neck down.
The truth is, our faces are no different from our bodies. With over 57 muscles in the face, neck, and skull, they too can hold tension, lose tone, and weaken over time, leaving us looking tired, sagging, and older than we feel.
That was me. I’d catch my reflection and see a frown staring back, even when I felt happy inside.
Botox and fillers felt tempting, but I knew they weren’t for me. I wanted something natural, something that worked with my body, not against it. More than that, I didn’t want to set the example for my daughter that injecting her face was a normal rite of passage. With the pressures already piled on young girls to look a certain way, I want to protect my daughter — to show her that her natural beauty is to be celebrated, not tweaked or altered.
When I discovered Face Yoga, I was sceptical at first (there’s a lot of misinformation out there), but I found the well-researched, science-backed Glowinface Method - and it changed everything.
Within months, I noticed visible results: a smoother forehead, brighter eyes, and more symmetry in my face. Even better, my chronic jaw tension and nightly tooth-grinding disappeared - I no longer needed my bite guard after years of suffering.
I was hooked. So much so, I became an internationally accredited Face Yoga teacher in 2022.
Now, I help women just like you feel confident, radiant, and at home in their own skin again - without needles, toxins, or losing the face that makes them them.
